Come to our event on Friday, the 26 of January between 18:00 and 21:00 to Holland House Brussels and be a part of an interactive discussion “Design-Thinking for Decision Making” with Hans Robertus, who has some 30 years of practice as Design Manager (with #OCE and Philips Design) and 5 years as Creative Director of the Dutch Design Week. Has was our guest-speaker 2 years ago in June when Holland House was a part of the New European Bauhaus initiative.
Hans is a result-oriented Design-Thinking Consultant, who just loves to work in ambitious, future oriented environments and with professionals in order to establish innovative, game-changing products-combinations through co-creation with stakeholders at all levels.
Hans is a known networker and connector with infectious energy and unstoppable drive to perform. He is a non-conformist and not crazy about control, passionate about design service thinking, metaphors, social innovation, storytelling, new business models and letting value chains work together in the most optimal way.
He believes that today’s world, with its catastrophic climate change, environmental degradation, social, cultural and geopolitical landscapes, explicitly demands more and more “solutions” instead of “products”.
He is convinced that the essential role and added value of design-thinking within alliances is extremely necessary for the development and implementation of those solutions, for promotion of responsible practices in order to tackle them creatively and holistically.
Hans will elaborate on how to use “design-thinking” methodologies also in the light of upcoming EU’s elections and how to make strategic decisions accordingly!
